Site users can subscribe to email updates via a dedicated newsletter management system.  This ‘member’ data is stored in a searchable and reportable administrative directory. Members can log-in to their user profile to unsubscribe and manage expressed preferences at the site front-end (area of interest, for example).

Admin functionality allows administrators to export groups of users based on multiple parameters. For example for marketing direct mail, targeted reporting of users within the site will allow administrators to export site user details for targeted mailing within 3rd party email broadcast and management software.

The WYSIWYG newsletter creation tool allows for the simple creation of newsletters using a predefined content template allowing administrators to quickly build newsletters from existing site content, and content unique to the newsletter. It should be noted that newsletters can be personalised to each user’s preferences.
