WORKSsitebuilder CMS enables non-technical users to take control of the authoring, editing and publishing of all content.

The MS Word style, ‘What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get’ (WYSIWYG), content editor will allows users to author and publish website content in a standardised and familiar way ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout. Content is published to pre-defined, but configurable content ‘templates’ based on content type.

A ‘wizard’ interface guides users through the process of adding new content e.g. a new page, or article. The intuitive content editor interface allows non-technical users to simply add and edit content viewing the format and display as it will appear when published on the site. There is also the option to edit the content in HTML view for technical users who prefer visibility of the underlying HTML.

Content can be pasted directly from MS Word and then modified with the editor formatting tools.

Features such as the keyword relevance tool, which is dynamically updated whilst editing, help the user ensure that the content is optimised for search engines.

Built-in workflow provides information exchange for content to be passed between designated content authors and approvers for full authorisation.
