WORKSsitebuilder allows free or paid trails to be configured for access to subscriber only content for a determinable length of time. Trialists can get access to full or restricted (by date) content during their trial period. Automated emails can be associated to trials after trial starts and before trial ends to encourage subscription take-up. Upon payment (credit card / invoice / direct debit...) trialists will be converted to subscribers.

Automated, configurable, emails can be added to trials and subscriptions to act as reminders and calls to action at any point during the trial or subscription process, for example renewal reminders.

Trialist reporting allows administrative users to report on current ‘active’ and ‘passive’ trials, allowing a telesales team to convert as many trialists as possible. Trial reporting includes active and passive trialists within any given trial timeframe. Trial and subscription reporting combines CSV reports for data mining and online HTML ‘at a glance’ reports for key site management metrics.

Blacklist management allows the automated blacklisting of serial trialists on certain criterion; name, email address, IP address. Users can be blacklisted from trials for a configurable length of time. Trials will only be activated with a valid email address, which will be authenticated via email, qualifying email integrity (and helping prevent serial trial abuse). 

It is also possible to take ‘one-off’ payments for specific items of premium content on a pay-per-view / on demand basis.
