Payment Gateway Integration

WORKSsitebuilder can be fully integrated with your preferred payment provider (Protex, Secure Trading, Worldpay etc).

This allows for real time card transactions to allow instant access to trialist / subscriber content, or order confirmations. We recommend using continuous authority with the payment gateway as this allows repeat billing for payments such as subscription renewals.

We are development partners with Secure Trading, WorldPay, Protx, Realex, and Cybersource.  We always recommend a ‘full’ integration that runs the payment application on the web-server, and provides a seamless interface for the end user.

Customer Account

Provide a personal ‘account’ area for customers to log-in and check their booking / payment history.

Clients who have registered to make a booking / subscription on the site can be provided a personal ‘account’ area where they can check the booking / payment history, re-print receipts, and amend their profile details e.g. delivery address, contact information. Clients can be set up as ‘super users’ e.g. event organisers, committee members, who can be granted access to view details for everyone booked onto an event. As well as providing the client with visibility for booking progress, additional tools can be provided for them to send emails to those attending filtered by payment status, or options selected (e.g. seminars selected, dietary requirements etc...).

Affiliate Management

Set up and monitor affiliates and manage reports and commission payments.

Different affiliate and banner types can be set up in the admin and sales generated through an affiliate can be tracked and rewarded on either a ‘pay-per-click’ or ‘pay-per-sale’ basis.

An affiliate will be able to register on the site and then be approved by an administrator and set as active once the terms have been agreed with regards to the banner type, and commission levels. The affiliate can then be provided with the banners / campaigns to use on their site.

An affiliate area on the site will be set up to enable participating affiliates to log-in and download the code required for their banners; view the statistics on banner views, clicks, and sales; and check the commission due over a certain period. The affiliates account provides visibility for the full history of payments made and due.
