Approach

For all implementations of the WORKSsitebuilder product, and any bespoke work undertaken, we follow a clearly defined and modular approach.

An agile development process is followed to complete iterations of a project and to provide basic functionality quickly that delivers a return on investment as early as possible. Iterative development also front loads the risk and allows for testing and refinements early on in the project lifecycle.

The WORKSsitebuilder team approaches each project to enable client requirements to be met as closely as is possible. After the initial requirement gathering and release planning there is a period of ongoing iterative development where core functionality is exposed as early as possible and continuous improvements are developed, to quickly achieve an increasing return on investment.
