HOPE HIV is a charitable organisation which was incorporated and registered with the Charity Commission in February 2000. Governed by a memorandum and articles of association HOPEHIV seeks to offer children in sub-Saharan Africa who have been affected or infected by HIV or AIDS and help to provide the necessary love, protection and support.

The HOPE HIV website including secure payment facility was designed, structured and built by eShopworks using the WORKSsitebuilder content management system (CMS).
Content delivery - Flexible channels were introduced with simple authoring and editing designed for non-technical users. The site promotes HOPE HIV and supports the goal of capturing new business through on- and offline marketing.
Design - Created page templates which allow for alterations and website updates as well as providing a system for easy internal and external banner management. Full site and content search available with focus towards increasing user sign-up procedure for group newsletters. User metrics and click-streaming to effectively track online marketing return on investment – this information is then used to configure the site to suit the idiosyncrasies of each and every unique client.
Search Engine Optimisation – The HOPE HIV non-technical administrators have full access to add titles, meta-descriptions, meta-keywords and the facility to keyword appropriate pages. These keywords embedded in the underlying code will improve search engine referencing and ‘spidering’.
HOPE HIV’s WORKSsitebuilder solution has increased their company profile and donations are increasing. This can be attributed to search engine optimisation as well as the flexibility of on and offline marketing information from the information obtained from website user metrics allowing the marketers to gain a better understanding of their clients and website users.
