Site Implementation

The WORKSsitebuilder solution is developed from the bottom up so as to meet exactly the unique requirements of each client. Implementation takes place in a number of discreet releases, broken into iterations. It is our aim to make functionality available as quickly as possible at each release to allow early feedback and optimisation.

Testing

Alpha and Beta testing with the client to ensure the developed system adequately meets the system requirements / specification. Additionally server testing and site ‘load’ testing will be undertaken prior to final release.

Go-Live

The WORKSsitebuilder team fulfils a commitment to all our clients to undertake a period of “hand-holding” as the WORKSsitebuilder Content Management System goes live. This includes a pre-defined free of charge support contract for all bug-fixes, user support and administrative queries, for an agreed warranty period after each release. Thereafter, clients receive additional support on an incidence fee basis or by entering into a structured support agreement that guarantees software updates and priority support.
