Enable content to be set for proofing and review by other editors / stakeholders, prior to publishing. It is possible to notify a user via e-mail from within the content editor to alert them for example that they need to review or approve this content.
All content items display a status for example – editing; approval required; published – live version up to date etc...
An administrator can edit the status options required in the system to cater for bespoke processes for their particular organisation.
