Website administrators can assign ‘Themes’ to all content within the site. ‘Themes’ are a taxonomy of content classifications that may relate to topic, geography, role, industry etc...
Using assigned taxonomy the WORKSsitebuilder ‘Theme Engine’ will dynamically present users with related content (pages / news / articles / comment pieces / banners / links / jobs etc.) that is contextually relevant to the content which the user is viewing – ‘If you like this content please see…’.
This module helps tie together multiple sites and service offerings to enable up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Content can be assigned to the ‘Themes’ of the site(s) to allow for clear categorisation of site content, targeted browsing and future site user content personalisation, should it be required.
WORKSsitebuilder enables non-technical users to take control of the personalisation of content at an individual user level. Personalisation dynamically generates pages by selecting information, documents, adverts and web links relevant to a user profile and targets content based on previous preferences.
Expressed preferences are assembled from information on the registration forms, cookies and search history; the system can then dynamically generate unexpressed preferences based on content similarity. All targeted content is attached to the user profile and pushed into the same context of the pages viewed by the user.
