Project Management

Release Planning

The WORKSsitebuilder team works closely with our clients to create a series of initial conceptual design and procedural documents for the requirements capture and release planning.

These documents include:

  • Requirements gathering – comprehensive requirements gathering exercise in order to determine core business requirements.
  • Full annotated wire-frames – development of full, annotated front-end wire-frames and key admin interface wire-frames (where required).
  • User Stories – develop use cases for those elements of the development that are considered bespoke.  Use cases describe detailed user actions within a specific interface and are interpreted in the design and build process.

Project Management

Throughout the course of any WORKSsitebuilder implementation each client is assigned a dedicated Project Manager. The Project Manager acts as a personal point of contact for all queries relating to hosting, design, content input, customer satisfaction and quality assurance. The Project Manager communicates directly with the client and internal technical implementation and design teams.

Additionally all our clients have access to our secure project management and issue tracking web-based software, giving maximum project visibility at any given time during the project life cycle.
