Allow your members to manage their own profile; provide a directory of members and facilitate member networking...

WORKSsitebuilder allows restricted access to information that has been assigned for registered users, or subscribers, or any other pre-defined user group.

Site membership and subscription can be moderated at the administrator’s discretion as required. Subscription can potentially be granted on moderated approval e.g. after online (or offline) payment.

Membership and corresponding access rules can be set up and managed at a number of levels if required i.e. user types; content that requires free registration (and newsletter sign-up); and registered user tender submission and response.

Administrators can search for, and edit any member and member information within member management administrative interfaces. Flexible access rules can be developed which would allow administrators to govern the ability of unregistered and registered users to access site content.  For example it may be desirable to offer access to syndicated ‘news’ as a free service, but requiring registration / trial or subscription.

Members Area / Profiles

Registered members and subscribers can add, edit and update their member information within a secure members’ area of site. Profile and preference information can be changed by the user when logged in to their profile.  A password reminder service is integrated into the member management system.

Members Directory / Networking

A directory of members can be presented where appropriate, and members can be given the ability to edit settings for what information is included in their public profile. Networking services can be provided for example enabling member-to-member messaging. This along with features for forums (see below), and the ability to comment content (articles / news) helps site users to interact with each other, and stimulates community growth focused around the website.
