The multi-lingual delivery module adds the ability to publish in multiple languages, this includes coping with UTF-8/UTF-16, all ISO character sets and SHIFT-JIS for Asian character sets. 

In addition to providing a split screen translation interface and extended workflow to allow multiple signoff prior to publishing.  This module also includes additional template functionality to cope with vertical and right to left text layouts if required.
