Update Content in Seconds
Authoring: WORKSsitebuilder packages with an intuitive “What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get” (WYSIWYG) Microsoft Word® style editor. The EasyEditor™ has full authoring and editing capabilities (including the ability to bold, italicize, bullet, insert images, documents and hyperlinks).
Microsoft Word® Integration: WORKSsitebuilder content editor allows content from Microsoft Word® to be directly cut and paste into the WORKSsitebuilder application for simple, ease of use.
Preview Mode: Before submitting content for publication or approval, users can view their content in preview mode as it will appear on the live site.
Media Asset Management: WORKSsitebuilder manages all media items through their own interface for ease of use. Media items can include all manner of file types: pictures, MS Office documents, streaming audio and video.
Content Scheduling: WORKSsitebuilder allows for the timed publishing and expiration of content pages and articles.
Template-Driven: The WORKSsitebuilder application is template-driven to separate content from presentation. Given appropriate security permissions, authors can select different templates to customise the lay-out of particular areas of their site(s).

Versioning
Audit History: WORKSsitebuilder stores all past versions of your web pages maintaining a comprehensive audit history of who has made what changes and when they were made.
Roll-back: WORKSsitebuilder allows you to roll-back to previous iterations of web pages.
Workflow
Workflows set up for content approval pass information between designated content authors and approvers. Workflows can be defined right down to a user-level, with email notifications providing details of all outstanding actions.
Training
WORKSsitebuilder training can be mixture of theory and hands-on, giving delegates a chance to understand their solution and the associated business benefits. Courses can be held at Eshopworks offices in London or on client site to suit the expressed wishes and convenience of our customers.
Support
WORKSsitebuilder’s help-desk provides users with 9am-6pm support as standard. Working to agreed SLA’s this cover can be extended to suit client requirement. The application itself has a comprehensive on-line help tool to aid users where required.
